Chelsea Waller-Douthard is a Dade City, Florida native. After graduating from Pasco High School in 2007, Chelsea attended the University of Central Florida where she was an active member of Delta Delta Delta sorority and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2011. Chelsea went on to attend Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida on scholarship and earned her Juris Doctor in 2014. At Florida Coastal, Chelsea received a Certificate in Family Law as well as a Book Award in Elder Law for earning the highest grade in the course.
Chelsea joined Waller & Scharber, P.A. in September 2014 after passing the Florida Bar Exam on her first attempt and subsequent admittance into the Florida Bar. Chelsea is a Title Agent through Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Chelsea is a Director and the Secretary for Restored Hope, a non-profit organization providing help and hope to East Pasco County residents. She is also an active member in the Dade City Rotary Club.
