Jarrod M. Scharber was born and raised in San Antonio, Florida and is a 4th generation resident of Pasco County. Jarrod graduated from Pasco High School in 1999 and from the University of Florida in 2003. After completing his law degree at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Jarrod was admitted to the Florida Bar and came home to practice law in Dade City in 2006.
Moving straight into private practice with the Law Firm of Charles D. Waller, P.A. directly following law school gave Jarrod the opportunity to gain immediate courtroom and client service experience. The advantages of working with one of the oldest law firms in Pasco County include the chance to represent a wide range of clients with a very diverse collection of legal issues. He has widespread trial experience in divorce, child custody, relocation and child support cases; and has appeared before the Second District Court of Appeals on multiple occasions.
